Tems (born Temilade Openiyi) is a Nigerian singer, songwriter and record producer born in Lagos and raised partly in Lagos and the United Kingdom. She gained wider recognition with "Try Me" in 2019 and later reached global audiences through Wizkid's "Essence". She released her debut album, Born in the Wild, in 2024. Her notable songs include "Free Mind", "Damages", "Me & U", "Love Me JeJe" and "Not An Angel".
