Ruger (born Michael Adebayo Olayinka) is a Nigerian singer and songwriter born in Lagos and raised in Lagos State. He gained recognition with his 2021 debut single "Ruger" and broke into the mainstream with "Bounce". He released his debut album, RU The World, in 2023. His notable songs include "Dior", "Asiwaju", "Girlfriend", "Dear Ex" and "Calm Down".
