Anthony Victor widely known as Victony is a Nigerian singer, rapper and song writer who happens to be one of the freshest kid on in the Nigerian music industry.
He was born on 5th January, 2001 into the family of Mr. and Mrs. Anthony. Though his state of origin is still unknown, the singer was born in the Southwestern part of Nigeria.
During his tender age, Victony was exposed to the rich culture of music which has a massive influence on his kind of music. Influenced by the hints of artists like Falz, Davido, Wizkid, MI Abaga, and Olamide, Victony built up an adoration for music.
Honored with a wonderful voice, Victony began preparing his voice and recording the verses of melodies that came to his head.
Victony made the studio his second home during his undergrad days. During this period, he composed and recorded a great deal of melodies which helped in refining his sound.
He introduced himself to the music industry with his first single tagged Ina The Benz, though the song didn’t generate much attention as only few listeners admired his sound as of that time.
Victony with hard work and consistency mastered his sound and later secured himself a record label deal with a Nigerian-based record label, Mainland BlockParty & Jungle Records.
He dropped his EP, Saturn after he was signed to the record label and the debut EP had Falz in one of the songs which was well appreciated by music lovers.
In 2021, Victony was opened to more extensive audience after he delivered the melody, Broken, which was a sure hit.
Victony was also seen wowing music lovers when he had a rap session with Ladipoe in the online revival series, during the Mavin rapper’s Revival Sunday series
On the 21st of April 2021, news hit the internet that Victony has been involved in a ghastly accident. He was rushed to the hospital and he was to undergo surgery. A Gofundme account was open to supporting his surgery bill.
The internet was torn apart by the sad news. The likes of Davido, Laycon, Ric Hassani, Soundz, and other celebrities were seen sharing their prayer via their social media spaces for a successful surgery.
As a budding Nigerian rapper, singer, and songwriter, Victony is not married and has no girlfriend flaunted on social media.
Victony has an estimated net worth of $3,000-$20,000, though not verified yet.
